Sequence matters
The Army's Reserve paratrooper role page outlines foundation training, combat infantry preparation, P Company and later parachute training. Regular routes have their own formal training sequences.
Confirm your own stage
Your unit and current Army requirements determine what to do next. A civilian preparation website cannot decide your eligibility.
A genuine route has prerequisites
The Army's Reserve paratrooper information describes stages of military training before P Company and further airborne instruction. A private provider cannot remove these steps or guarantee that a person's unit will nominate them. The first useful question is therefore not 'What is the toughest workout?' but 'Where do I actually stand in the authorised training sequence?'
Different candidate histories require different advice
An applicant, a serving Regular soldier and a Reserve candidate may have very different immediate obligations. Use official channels to determine your situation. Do not treat an account from another role or a previous decade as a binding timetable. A civilian preparation plan should stay within general physical education and training consistency.
Apply this at your actual stage
Draw three milestones from your actual Army documents and identify which one comes next. If you have no official training stage yet, use recruitment guidance rather than a P Company marketing calendar.
