FOR EMPLOYER-SPONSORED RESERVISTS AND ADULT TEAMS

Fund the foundation. Respect the Army route.

For organisations supporting adults with demanding endurance ambitions, we are considering independent conditioning education and recovery-led performance planning. This does not sell access to P Company or replace service training.

THE DISTINCTION

P Company is part of an Army training pathway for eligible personnel. Independent civilian conditioning neither qualifies a person for the course nor overrides unit instruction.

The buyer and the problem

Who has a legitimate reason to enquire?

Please say whether you are enquiring for a reservist employer network or an adult sporting group and how many participants need support.

01

Employers with serving Reserve staff

Consider supportive, civilian education for employees balancing work, recovery and officially directed training. Any military training plan remains the unit's responsibility.

02

Adult running and endurance clubs

Explore measured strength-and-endurance planning and general recovery education for ambitious club members, without borrowing military pass times.

03

Adult performance and education organisations

Consider a coached preparation-literacy workshop about training consistency, realistic workloads and when to seek qualified support.

What a commissioned programme could contain

Three distinct ways to work on the problem.

These are scope examples for a proposal, not a currently staffed, priced or bookable course.

01 / PROPOSED MODULE

The readiness conversation

An adult participant works with a properly qualified professional to examine a general training history, realistic constraints, recovery habits and questions to discuss with their own coach or unit.

Takeaway: a civilian preparation brief, not an eligibility decision.

02 / PROPOSED MODULE

Sustainable load and endurance literacy

An educational session addresses gradual workload progression, general conditioning and why copying unofficial loaded-march targets can be unsafe.

Takeaway: clearer decisions about safe training support and warning signs.

03 / PROPOSED MODULE

Employer-supported planning

A prospective group discussion for adult reservist networks on managing training commitments, work schedules and personal recovery without sharing sensitive service information.

Takeaway: practical expectations and a pathway back to the relevant qualified professionals.

OPEN THE METHOD / ORIGINAL EXAMPLE

A reservist employer planning exercise—not a private P Company

Supporting employees with demanding external commitments can be valuable without implying any employer owns or changes Army training. This fictional example focuses on the workplace decision instead.

FICTIONAL CASE — NOT A CLIENT RESULT

The situation

A fictional medium-sized employer has four adult employees with separate Reserve commitments. A seasonal workload peak coincides with two requests for time away. The company needs to keep service levels predictable while treating staff fairly and respecting the official status of military activities.

What the team knows

  • Reserve training obligations and employer policies must be checked through appropriate official and HR channels.
  • Managers should not request sensitive unit instructions or confidential service information.
  • Not every staff member needs the same flexibility at the same moment.
THE DECISION RECORD

Three defensible options to test

  1. Option A: refuse all schedule changes, protecting the immediate roster but risking avoidable conflict.
  2. Option B: promise unrestricted absence without a coverage plan, creating unnecessary operational risk.
  3. Option C: agree an evidence-based rota with a named backup, transparent communication and HR/legal review where applicable.

How a facilitator might debrief it

A useful civilian session would ask the team to identify what can be decided internally, what must be referred to an appropriate policy or official contact and which facts are genuinely needed. It would not suggest how a person should prepare for or pass Pre-Parachute Selection.

NOT A SLICK DEMO — A USEFUL OUTPUT

What a commissioned pilot should leave behind

  • A transparent role-coverage and escalation decision map.
  • A lightweight conversation guide for manager and employee with privacy boundaries.
  • A review date and named owner for improvements to planning rather than an Army performance assessment.

BEFORE ANY QUOTATION

What must be established

Identify the sponsor's workforce problem and adult group size, and verify any relevant employer obligations through appropriate professional channels. Coaching credentials and insurance are required for any separate fitness education.

Not the right fit: Not suitable for purchasing P Company access, evaluating military eligibility or requesting confidential service records from employees.

ORIGINAL COMMISSIONER DOSSIER / FICTIONAL EXAMPLE

Employer-supported Reservist scheduling: a scope example

A fictional employer is reviewing shift coverage for several Reservists and other colleagues. It needs a better schedule process without requesting medical or operational military information.

WHAT A CREDIBLE WRITTEN DELIVERABLE MIGHT CONTAIN

01

Rota fallback map

Ordinary work-cover decisions with clear owners.

02

Consent check-in

A privacy-preserving template for scheduling and leave discussions.

03

After-action note

Civilian process improvements after a fictional shift disruption.

How the buyer could judge value: Evaluate whether a work rota can be adjusted fairly during a simulated disruption, not whether someone can pass P Company.

Commercial boundary: No military coaching, access to Army training, protected data requests or live booked programme.

Prepare an organisational commissioning enquiry ↗

START WITH A USEFUL BRIEF

What would you actually commission?

Select the proposed civilian learning problem and group size. The next page prepares a conditional enquiry—not a booking or price quote.

Only the selected non-sensitive categories pass to the next page in the URL. No enquiry is sent or saved at this stage. Official joining rules always take priority, and paid enrolment is not open.

Who is behind the research?

Traceable airborne history, carefully represented.

Read the published profiles instead of relying on unsupported badges or invented testimonials.

Co-founder Scott Henderson's Project Selection biography includes historic P Company and parachute-course documentation from his British Army service. Those records establish personal history, not an affiliation between this proposed service and Pegasus Company.

Any employer-sponsored education programme would still require a suitably qualified and insured civilian coaching team; official Army instruction always has precedence.

Independent civilian concepts · No military endorsement · Instructor verification required before delivery

A responsible commissioning process

Scope first. Claims last.

Premium delivery means a named outcome, suitable people and a useful debrief. It does not mean claiming military credentials we have not verified.

Share an outline brief ↗
  1. 01

    Identify the legitimate route

Separate serving-personnel needs from civilian sporting goals and refer Army-specific questions to current official requirements.

  2. 02

    Check supervision and scope

Validate coaches, insurance and any necessary employer approvals. A civilian programme cannot amend military direction.

  3. 03

    Agree a sensible support brief

Focus on education, progression and recovery outcomes rather than unverified test simulations, badges or promises of selection success.

Current availability and independence

Express interest, not enrolment.

No paid programme is currently available. The Army owns P Company eligibility and delivery; this site has no endorsement or access. Coaches, insurer, terms, dates and prices must be confirmed for any civilian support project.
